15:30 – Workshop “BeerBQ… craft beer marriage with the Barbecue”

Turin chef Luca Barbiero guides a taste of some barbecue preparations, to discover the peculiarities and secrets of a perfect BBQ, combined with 3 craft beers selected in collaboration with My Personal beer Corner.

17:00 – Banco BPM and Vinibuoni d’Italia with the excellence of Roero and Ecofriendly wineries.

7 protagonists of Roero awarded by Banco BPM. Preview for the Piedmont of the 2020 edition of the guide and awarding of ecofriendly wineries. Followed by a tasting of piedmontese wines selected by Vinibuoni d’Italia.

A guided tasting that combines a single-variety sparkling wine with an Italian Grape Ale produced with must from the same grape variety, to discover similarities and differences of two worlds that come into contact.

12:30 – Workshop “All the faces of Arneis”

A journey through the expressions of the Roero vine par excellence. 6 tastings, from the sparkling  to the passito version, passing through an interpretation in Orange wine and an Italian Grape Ale with must of Arneis.

16:00 – Workshop “Guess the Nebbiolo”

Roero Docg, Barolo Docg, Carema Doc… The variations of Nebbiolo, so different depending on the territory in which it is grown, become an opportunity to “play” with a guided blind tasting, trying to discover what the glass tells us.

16:00 – CHILDERN AREA – “The Adventures of Kiwito and Galita””

Reading and good nutrition are two concepts that often go hand in hand especially when addressed to children, with whom it is never easy to talk about food and good eating habits. From this union was born the Gullino project “The Adventures of Kiwito and Galita”, a book that with a simple and funny language wants to bring to children’s attention the deeds of two very special superheroes: a kiwi and an apple. A fun animated reading followed by a healthy fruit snack. The proceeds from the sale of the books, which will also be available at the event, will be donated to the LILT | Lega Italiana per la Lotta contro i Tumori – Saluzzo Delegation.

18:00 – Workshop “Mixology: l’arte del bere miscelato”

A workshop to discover the importance of the quality of ingredients in Mixology and the art of mixing them to maintain a perfect balance while enhancing each of them. Prosecco Doc, Vermouth and organic fruit, tasted individually to appreciate the characteristics and then find them in the final tasting of the mix.
